Advance Equipment Procurement can significantly reduce construction schedules and project costs. Mechanical equipment manufacturers often have long lead times for manufacturing key equipment. To ensure delivery of this equipment when it is needed and to avoid "quick ship" or "express delivery" charges, we can make advance purchases for clients.
Existing System Analysis
During the design stage of renovation projects, we evaluate the age and condition of existing equipment. If existing equipment is relatively new and in good condition, it can often be incorporated into the new design saving new equipment costs for our client.
